During the process, many accounts required their messages to be relocated into a new folder, called INBOX_Dec25.

If you are looking for recent messages, then after signing-in, simply look toward the upper, right-hand corner of the screen for "Open Folder" with a pull-down next to it. Your messages prior to Christmas will be in your "INBOX_Dec25" folder.
